User Responsibilities

Prohibited Activities

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AM RIDGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
- • Employment outcomes or interview results
- • Third-party actions or decisions based on optimized resumes
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
